In the new era of cyclocross Felipe Orts will try to shine wearing the colors of Burgos BH as soon as a busy 2023 ends where he alternated between up to four cycling disciplines.

After finishing its cyclocross season in February declared himself champion of Spain for the fifth time and added several top-10s in international eventsOrts competed in road, mountain biking and gravel events.

Together with his colleagues from Burgos BH he played on the road the Frankfurt GP, the Tro-Bro Léon, the La Mayenne Loops, the ZLM Tour and recently, the Taihu Lake Tour.

In BTT, it was done in the victory in the Spanish Cup in Zaragoza, the Superprestigio in Arguedas and the Catalan Cup in Vall de Boí, in addition to participating in the Vuelta a Ibiza in pairs.

Felipe will start his cyclocross season in Galicia, competing in four international category events, two of them belonging to the Spanish Cup. The first stop of this tour will take place on Saturday, October 7 in Pontevedra, in the only one of these races where he has not raised his arms.


A day later, a few kilometers from the capital of Pontevedra, will participate in Xaxan CX in Marín. In both events he reached the podium last year.

On Thursday the 12th he will travel to La Coruña to fight As Pontes, also belongs to the Spanish Cup. Both in this test, and in the Ribadumia Cyclocross, which will take place on Saturday the 14th, he will defend the title achieved last season.

Finally, taking advantage of geographical proximityon Sunday the 15th he will start the Melgaço Cyclocross, Portuguese municipality bordering Spain. This is a new UCI test that belongs to the Portuguese Cup.
