The first half was full of few chances, unlike the second, which started with Lluís’ local goal in the 48th minute. Cardedeu hit the scoreboard first after 30 minutes. Varese slipped, leaving a dead ball, some 30 meters from the goal, which Moisés didn’t hesitate to pounce on. The defender puts the ball into the top corner. In the second half, a tie was hard to come by: Mollet was unable to equalize until extra time, in the Vallés Occidental derby. After several rebounds inside the area after a corner, Santiago put the ball in the back of the net.

Bescanó started the game better and was rewarded in the 30th minute: Carles Puig put in a measured cross for Freixas, with a good shot, to put the visitors ahead.
