Mohamed Katir leads the 100 Allianz Jean Bouin this Sunday in a record edition

This Sunday the streets of Barcelona They will be dressed in the best athleticism with MD Athletic Classic, the oldest asphalt road race in Spanish athletics, which will experience one of its most special and emotional editions. If the Allianz Jean BouiIt is a unique race for offering up to 15 races in one morning, this year it raises the bar and increases the number of races to 17, making room for the great family of athletes, from to amateur athletes, to children’s events, to the professionals.

Each will experience a unique edition, which has remodeled its two famous circuits 5K and 10K, varying its output. The 5K will finish as usual at the Arc de Triomf – the arrival of the first Bouin who left in 1920 from the ELlobregat plug-in– and 10K participants will return to the starting point.

The 100 Allianz Jean Bouin will have emotions in the children’s events, 11:15 am, and then the turn of the professional athletes, starting at 1:05 pm, in a tough circuit where the women have to do two laps (6,600 m) and the three boys (9,900 m).

In the male category, the presence of Mohamed Katir.
