“My big goal is to continue to grow as a cyclist in this team. Signing for a top-level European team is a big step for me. Obviously I have goals for 2024, like of taking the podium at the World Cup, but my goal is to continue to improve this season, achieve regular performance and focus my projection on Los Angeles Olympics 2028“
“I’m excited to have Olympic medalists like this Carlos Coloma and David Valero, so I will try to learn everything I can from them.” Sofía said after the announcement of her signing.
With the signing of Sofia Waite, The BH Coloma Team 2024 will consist of Alberto Barroso and Waite himself in the Under-23 category and David Valero, Jofre Cullel, Catriel Soto, Rocío del Alba García and Raquel Queirós in the elite category.
