La Real is sending a series of recommendations to almost 2,000 txuri urdin fans who will move to Paris these days and watch the Real game on Wednesday. The ‘meeting point’ is located at La Seine Musicale from 12 noon on Wednesday and it is recommended to use the metro to access the stadium, but not line 10, which is used by the PSG ultras. There are already royalist followers on the streets of the French capital.
TICKET COLLECTION
Pickup location: Novotel Paris Center Eiffel Tower, located a quarter of an hour from the Eiffel Tower.
Hotel address: 61 Quai de Grenelle, 75015, Paris. Check the address of the hotel, as there are many hotels of the same chain in the city.
Pickup times: Tuesday, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Wednesday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Documentation to show: You will need to present the DNI of each person with the ticket, as well as the proof of payment delivered when paying for the ticket. Name changes will not be allowed.
For security reasons, local authorities recommend that our fans do not gather at the hotel entrance once they have collected the ticket. At the hotel entrance, Real Sociedad will have its own staff to inform and support all our fans at pick-up time.
MEETING
day, time and place: Wednesday, February 14, at La Seine Musicale. From 12 noon.
Address: La Seine Musicale, Île Seguin, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt. Located in the southwest of the city, one of the most controlled areas of the city, it is located near the Parque de los Príncipes Stadium, specifically three stops by metro (line 9).
Our fans will find catering stands (food and drinks), as well as music.
Transfer in stadium: Paris authorities have reported that processions will not be allowed into the stadium. A few meters from the square, there is the Pont de Sevres metro stop, which connects to line 9 that connects the stadium.
ACCESS TO THE STADIUM
The French police emphasize the need to travel by metro, via line 9. The metro stop of the stadium is called Porte de Saint-Cloud, where our fans will have exclusive and safe access to reach the stadium. Click here to see its location.
Important: The French police inform us to avoid transportation on line 10, as this is the metro line where PSG ultra fans travel.
As soon as you arrive near the stadium from line 9, 500 meters from the Porte de Saint-Cloud stop, you will see the first security checkpoint to verify entry, so we advise you to arrive early.
Access to the stadium for visiting fans is through Gate V, where they can see the entrance turnstiles.
Once the turnstiles are passed and the searches are conducted, our fans will be divided into two areas:
-Green entrance: upper ring (visitor area). They will not have a bracelet.
-Yellow entrance: lower stand (visitor area). They will be given a blue and white bracelet as identification.
Important: Both rings are not connected, so you must access the ring that matches you. It is recommended that, at the time of ticket collection, you verify with your family, friends… that you have a ticket with a color that matches yours.
The stadium doors will open at 7 pm All persons carrying unauthorized items (bags and backpacks larger than A4, external batteries, laptops, food, alcoholic beverages, cameras, glasses. ..) shall leave said items in a storage room that shall be enabled with said access.
Returning after the match: Once the match is over, our fans will be able to return from line 9 to the city center. The subway closes at 1:00 am
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MOVING TO PARIS
Local authorities emphasize the importance of following certain guidelines that ensure the safety of our fans.
-Extreme precautions in the most visited areas of Paris.
-Do not wear Royal clothing, except in areas controlled by the French police: Meeting point and Parque de los Príncipes.
-Avoid carrying valuables, keep bags and backpacks closed and, when getting a ticket, be sure to keep it safe.
–Less safe places in Paris: Stade de France, Gare du Nord and Gare de Lèst and arrondissements 19 and 20.
