For its part, Ayoub Ghadfa clearly defeated on Monday against the German Nelvie Raman Hess Tiafack in the super-heavyweight final (+92 kg) of the European Amateur Boxing Championships in Yerevan, where the Spaniard threw in the towel before the third round due to the superiority of his rival.

In this way, Spain finishes the Europeans with five medals, one gold, three silver and one bronze, with its best result in the continental championships.

Martín Molina won gold at flyweight and Ghadfa and José Quiles, at lightweight, and Enmanuel Reyes Pla, at heavyweight, took silver. Adrian Thiam won bronze at light welterweight.
