Article 73 of the UEFA disciplinary regulations stipulates that only a limited number of people may attend matches played behind closed doors, such as press representatives, technical staff, police officers or UEFA partner.

The same document allows children up to 14 years old from football schools or academies, with adequate accompaniment, to attend matches free of charge.
