The Prosecutor’s Office, by Marta Durántez Gilwhich published this Wednesday the request for sanctions for the ‘case Rubiales‘. The request for the former president of the Federation is for a sentence of two and a half years in prison: one for a crime of sexual assault and one and a half for a crime of coercion. In rest of the accused (Albert Luque, Jorge Vilda and Rubén Rivera) were questioned a year and a half in prison for the aforementioned crime of coercion.
The prosecution is considering tried that the former head of the federative is guilty of a crime of sexual assault for the forced kiss he gave Jennifer Hermoso at the formal medal ceremony after the World Cup final in Sydney, last August.
For this crime, he asked for a sentence of one year in prison, in addition to his probation managed freedom for two years and you are not allowed to talk together Jenni Hermoso nor approach it within a radius of 200 meters for four years.
