“They took the splint off a few days ago; and now I’m in transition from walking with two crutches to walking with just one crutch. “From the first day I’m going to rehabilitation and I think things are focused; it’s fast. The doctor told me that in four months I can make ‘snow’ in a ‘normal ‘ that way; and after six months I can train regularly, I got injured about two and a half months ago, so in a month and a half, more or less, I hope to be back on the board.”he commented.
“Yesterday I had the first meeting with my team, by videoconference, with (the Austrian) Marco (Fuchs), with (the Slovenian) Mario (Mihic) and with (the Spanish physiotherapist) Alex (Aguirre). I hope that if everything goes well, in a month or so it can snow again later, we will see where we go.”explained Eguibar, Spain’s flag bearer at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Games in South Korea.
