‘Hospi’ moved on to the second round after beating a better Prat team and left with a bigger advantage at half-time.
Álvaro Cordero started the fight, but his shot did not find the goal. Òscar Gómez, for his part, tried Pablo Romero to make a save. Miguel Fernández forced Adrià Aliaga, who yesterday celebrated his 150th appearance in ‘Hospi’, to send the ball for a corner.
Miguel Ángel Motoso’s team managed to level the rotation in a game bordering on perfection and ended with a pass from Iván Torres to Miguel Fernández centered low and, in the small area, Álvaro Cordero sent ball behind the net. Then, Adrià Aliaga, in a miraculous way and changed hands, deflected the ball past the crossbar. Miguel gets it again, although his shot goes wide.
The second half continued on the same lines and after a rare action Miki Puerto sent it to the base of the post. ‘Hospi’ had a few minutes of inspiration and a shot from Albert López hit the crossbar. In the final phase, El Prat pushed to avoid extra time in which the Ribereños won, after the unfair dismissal of Valentín, thanks to Ander Montori’s goals, after an assist from Sanku, and after cutting down Pablo.
