There are two key dates they need to make this decision.
First and foremost is the founding date UEFA so that all selections interact with UEFA your last list. That is, up to 26 selected (between 23 and 26) representing each team.
It was June 7, seven days before the premiere of European Cup , and according to the tournament regulations: “For the final tournament, the list of 23 to 26 players must be completed online at least seven full days before the opening match. A signed copy of this list should also be sent to the administration of UEFA at the same time.” Let’s not forget that the Euro Cup officially opens on June 14.
The second and final date on which they can make this final “cut” is when the teams have to be in the Teutonic land. But at that time these disposals may already know that they have not been registered on the specific list. And that was five days before the debut of each national team in Germany:
“For the final tournament, participating teams must arrive at the base camp of their chosen team at least five days before their first group match.”
