As expected, the first leg match between Badalona and L’Hospitalet was very close and everything will be decided in the return leg. The local team controlled the first 25 minutes, with a very dynamic game in which they conquered Hospi. Dani Homet, first, and Carlos Martínez, later, had the best local opportunities. Joan García’s men, without doing much up front, had two good chances in Sanku’s boots. In the first shot they stopped the goal between center Hugo and goalkeeper Craviotto and the second went wide. On the stroke of half-time Homet shot into the back of the net, after an assist from Kilian’s left.
After the first few minutes of Badalona’s insistence on the restart not being translated, the tie came with a shot from Montoro that Bioque deflected into the net and into his own goal.
