The Mexican Abraham Ancer was the first leader at LIV Nashville after signing this Friday a brilliant seven under par on the first day.
Ancer had an error-free round, with seven birdies, and delivered a 64 hits. He has a one-shot advantage over him. British Tyrrell Hatton, two to John Catlin and three to Spanish Eugenio Chacarra, fourth overall with 67 strokes.
But Chacarra wasn’t the only Spaniard to do well on opening day in Nashville, since then Sergio García signed -3, David Puig a -2 and Jon Rahm a -1they all rank in the top 20 of the classification.
LIV Nashville runs through Sunday.
