Joan Mir has confirmed that he is in negotiations with his current team, Hondabut still nothing is signed for next seasons.
“I haven’t done it yet. We haven’t signed it yet and that’s the truthand the thing is this, I came here last year, I decided to come because we all know that Honda ultimately has the skills and the guts to create a competitive motorcycle and that is a fact,” said Mir, whose Representative Francisco Sánchez is handling negotiations with Honda.
“If I leave, I will surely fail this project, just like they failed.and I think if I leave and then they press the key, I’ll be a bit ‘broken’, to be honest, so I think the priority now is this, to continue with them, and we’re about to do it,” – he admitted.
