The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today presented its official candidacy to host the 203 FIFA World Cup, in a ceremony organized by the International Football Federation (FIFA). in Paris, France. The official document was delivered by a delegation led by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, Minister of Sports and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee; and the President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), Yasser Al-Misehal; in the company of two young talents from regional training centers affiliated with SAFF.
Saudi Arabia’s candidacy marks a very important milestone, achieved thanks to the strong empowerment provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the unwavering support of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
