CAS keeps the medal for Barbosu at the expense of Chiles

He Court of Arbitration for Sports (TAS) will not retract its decision to award the Romanian gymnast Ana Barbosu won the bronze medal in the gymnastics floor test of Games in Paris at the expense of the American people Jordan Chilesthe American Gymnastics Federation announced Monday, intending to explore other avenues of appeal.

“We are deeply disappointed by this notification and will continue to explore all possible avenues and appeals processes.”including before the Swiss Federal Court, to get the correct score, classification and medal for Jordan,” added USA Gymnastics, which ensured the appeal was approved.
