CAS keeps the medal for Barbosu at the expense of Chiles

“We are deeply disappointed by this notification and will continue to explore all possible avenues and appeals processes.”including before the Swiss Federal Court, to get the correct score, classification and medal for Jordan,” added USA Gymnastics, which ensured the appeal was approved.
