“First I want to thank God for helping me get through all these Olympic Games. Second I want to congratulate Letsile Tebogo and Kenny Bednarek and everyone for an incredible 200m Olympic final. Finally I want to thank all for messages of support,” Lyles said on social media.
“I think this will be the end of my 2024 Olympics. It’s not the Olympics I dreamed of, but it has left me with a lot of joy in my heart. I hope everyone enjoyed the show.
