Sam Watson is a new signing for Ineos and Conci has joined Astana

Samuel Watson (Leeds, 22 years old), one of the young hopes of British cycling currently in the Groupama ranks, will compete in Ineos starting in 2025, a formation in which he signed a two-year contract.
