Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz and Serbian Novak Djokovic will star in the Hurlingham exhibition tournament which starts next Tuesday in London.
Nadal and Djokovic joined Hurlingham on Friday, which confirmed the involvement of Alcarazas well as Norwegian Casper Ruud, the fifth best player in the world.
The Balearic announced on Friday at a press conference in Mallorca that his intention was to play at Wimbledon and that will travel to the British capital this Monday to train and play an exhibition match. This Hurlingham tournament, which does not distribute ATP points, will be the first touchstone for Nadal on the grass since he fell in the Wimbledon semifinals in 2019 against Roger Federer.
On that occasion, the Manacor native also chose Hurlingham to prepare for the third Grand of the season. The last time he played in an official tournament before Wimbledon was in 2015 at Queen’s.

The Serbian will play at the All England Club as the first seed because of sanctions against the Russians and Belarusians, which would prevent Daniil Medvedev from playing, and the ankle injury suffered by Alexander Zverev, which would keep him out for several months.
alcarazSi, who was supposed to play Queen’s this week, has stopped the tournament in London due to shoulder discomfort and will prepare for Wimbledon, where her peak is the second round, as well as at Hurlingham. Murcian has scheduled two meetings in the capital London.
