Izan Guevara (GasGas) fiercely defended the lead in the free practice classification for the Moto3 German Grand Prix. on the Sachsenring circuit, with an absolute record in the included category when he rolled in 1: 25.925.

Only Suzuki among the top riders in the classification, apart from Australian Joel Kelso (KTM), has not been able to lower their time from day one, although for the two it has not been busy when it comes to direct qualification for Q2, as did David Muñoz (KTM), Scott Ogden (Honda), Sergio García Dols, Ryusei Yamanaka, John McPhee (Husqvarna), Dennis Foggia (Honda), Jaume Masiá (KTM), Andrea Migno (Honda), Daniel Holgado (KTM) and Carlos Tatay (CFMoto), the latter are “in extremis”.
