PSG have been strengthened by two additions

PSG Women, one of the most powerful teams in Europe, will face the French League, which starts today, with renewed hopes of ending the hegemony of Lyon, who have won no more and no less than 17 of the last 18 editions of championship.

PSG certainly today announced two additions to its squad. Both forward; the scorer Aguissa Diarra, international for Mali, 26 years old, and a promise, the Norwegian Frøya DorsinJust 17 years old.

A goalscorer of the African elite

Diarra signed for two seasons and comes from SC Casablanca in Morocco, where he spent the last four years of his career in the ranks of CM Laâyoune FF (2020-2022), where he signed his first professional contract, Wydad Casablanca (2022-2023 ) and the aforementioned SC Casablanca (2023-2024). He started his career in his country by training at Super Lionnes d’Hamdallaye (2010-2020).

With SC Casablanca he won the Moroccan league this yearbeing the top scorer with 29 goals, and reached the final of the African Champions League in 2023.

“It is an honor and pride for me to sign for Paris Saint-Germain. It’s a massive club, one of the best in the world. I’m looking forward to start this new adventure with my teammates,” said Diarra.

A Norwegian promise

In its part, Frøya Dorsin signed with PSG for three seasons. He started playing soccer as a child following in the footsteps of his father, a former Norway international.

At 15 years old he had to decide between handball or soccer. He chose the latter option and continued his development with Rosenborg’s under-19 team before making his first-team debut in 2022. In total, he played 28 games, scored five goals and won the Norwegian Cup in 2023. Currently He is an under-20 international with Norway.

“I am very proud to join Paris Saint-Germain. This is a new challenge, a great step in my young career, and I look forward to starting this new challenge and wearing the red and blue shirt,” said Dorsin.
