Regarding the remains, the court of San Isidro initially decided, in May, not to allow the transfer, debating the “possible steps that may be necessary”, in particular the excavation, within the framework of the trial, after the objections of some parties. The court found on Tuesday that there was no more “opposition from either party”, and considered that a “favorable response” should be given to the children’s request.
