The Colombian cyclist Iván Sosa has signed for Spanish team Kern Pharma for next season, from Movistar Teamsquad where he played for the last three campaigns, and became the Navarrese team’s sixth signing.
“I am very grateful to the Kern Pharma Team for this opportunity. I think my biggest challenge is to myself to get back to a very good level that allows me to compete in races. I know that together and through of our efforts to reach that goal,” Sosa declared in statements given by his new team.
The 26-year-old cyclist has seventeen wins as a professional where the victories in the Vuelta a Asturias stage races and the Tour of Langkawi in 2022, as well as the Tour de la Provence in 2021.
“Ivan Sosa is a rider from whom we expect victories and results. We will try to give him goals that are a challenge for him within a calendar that fits his characteristics. We know his quality in particular that route and we will adapt him to get his better performance”, declare Juanjo Orozgeneral manager of the Kern Pharma group.
