Jude Bellingham and Conor Gallagher were in England’s final squad, for the Nations League matches against the Republic of Ireland and Greece, before Thomas Tuchel arrived.
Lee Carsley, interim coach of the ‘Three Lions’, made four changes from the final list, and included Newcastle United full-back Lewis Hall and Southampton centre-back Taylor Harwood-Bellis for the first time .
Not on the list are John Stones, injured, Kobbie Mainoo, Nick Pope and Tino Livramento.
