Club Atlético Osasuna has contracted with soccer player Iker Benito to renew his contract until June 30, 2025.
The previous contract, Osasuna reports on its website, ended at the end of the 2022-23 campaign with the possibility of extending it for two more courses, an option both parties decided to establish in the new commitment. The player’s termination clause will be 10 million euros in LaLiga Santander.
Iker Benito Sánchez, born in 2002 in Miranda de Ebro (Burgos), is one of Tajonar’s emerging talents who last season managed to emerge on the first team.
In fact, he made his LaLiga Santander debut on January 19 in Municipal de Balaídos, a game followed by another three in the top flight. In addition, he has been a relevant footballer in the promotion of Promesas in the Primera RFEF, where he has collaborated on five goals.
This right winger started football in the Egüés Valley and eventually moved to Pamplona, where he came from Tajonar in 2018. Now, he has extended his relationship with Osasuna over the next three seasons.
