Malaga accepts the Andalusia Costa del Sol/Spanish Openthe last tournament of the year on the Women’s European Tour (LET) that will be held between Thursday and Sunday this week at the Real Guadalhorce Golf Club, a venue that will bring together 75 of the best players in the world.
This is the last event of 2024 in women’s golf, a Spanish Open which will have a good national representation with up to seventeen golfers, of which Navarrese stands out Carlota Cigandathe last Spaniard to win it, in 2021.
Navarrese, with four victories in the ‘Solheim Cup’, is one of the Spaniards who will fight for the title, along with Ana Peláez, Fátima Fernández Canothat came after the card was secured in the American circuit; Martha Martinthe only national golfer to achieve success this year at the LET, which she did at the ‘Tipsport Czech Ladies Open’; either Maria Hernandezleading the Spanish in the classification, with a current ninth position.

The Malagueña Ana Pelaezwho was at the tournament presentation on Monday, was “excited” to compete in front of his home crowd and promised to give his best to close the season with a great performance in his native Malaga.
