The organization of Back to Spain it was officially confirmed this Monday that the 2025 edition will leave from Turin, which will have three first stages in the Italian Piedmont.
The race will open in Turin, on August 23, with an inaugural stage of 183 kilometers in Novara, which will pass through the Bienca-Tomalino Port.
The second stage will start in Alba and finish 157 kilometers later in Limone Piemonte, which will start with the first high finish of the race.
The third stage in the transalpine territory will be held between San Maurizio Canavese and Ceres on a route of 139 kilometers and will pass through Puerto Issiglio.
The fourth stage starts in Susa, closing the Italian tour of a Vuelta that ends in Madrid on September 14.
The one in 2025 will be the sixth departure from abroad and the first from Italy after Lisbon (1997), Assen (2009), Nîmes (2017), Utrecht (2022) and Lisbon – Oeiras – Cascais (2024) ). To this we must add the announced official departure from Monaco in 2026.
