Guardiola made the gesture of 6 (in reference to the said 6 Premier achieved at City) to the Liverpool fans who on Sunday sang to him that he would be sacked in the morning. Mourinho himself did 3 gestures, in reference to his 3 Premiers with Chelsea, when he managed Manchester United and also after losing to Liverpool.
Mourinho responded to Guardiola citing 115 cases in which City are being prosecuted for breaching the Premier’s financial rules. “Guardiola said something about me… he won six trophies and I won three, but I won them fair, fair.” The Portuguese made these statements before the match against Beistas.
“If he loses, I want to congratulate my rival because he is better than me. I don’t want to win with 150 open cases in court,” added Mourinho. Manchester City have yet to respond to these words from Mourinho.
