Nàstic regained victory against Zamora, thanks to a solo goal from Gorostidi in extra time. The Basque midfielder grabbed the ball at the far post after a corner kick as the game drew to a close, bringing joy to a fan who cheered non-stop.
Soporific first part
Cool afternoon at the Nou Estadi, which looks less crowded than in recent games. It was difficult for Nàstic to get into the game, against a Zamora who was very well planted on the pitch. Juan Sabas’ men were able to prevent the locals’ attempts, putting Fermín’s goal in the balance.
The Grana only worried the rival goalkeeper with two attempts by Pablo Fernández and Álex López, which narrowly missed the goalposts. In this first round, Rebollo, starter again this Saturday afternoon at the expense of Varo, was just a spectator.
Nàstic puts another gear
Dani Vidal’s men came out after the intermission looking to get victory on the right track. David Concha tries a cross from Pablo Fernández, but his shot goes high. Zamora also had options, but Kike Márquez missed his shots, one saved by Rebollo and another high.
The changes gave Nàstic a new look, especially in the late game. Jaume Jardí put two balls from the wing into the area but shots from Marc Fernández and Pablo, alone in the small area, did not find the goal. In the final minutes, Grana put the rival in their field and finished the goal.
The hero of the afternoon was Gorostidi, who after a corner kick caught the ball at the far post and put it into the back of the net. The goal sent joy to the players and the stands, thus sealing a momentous victory.

BILBAO – Athletic B added a point which meant very little as in the first half they took the initiative and had several chances, including two balls on the post. In the second half the same dynamic continued and the reserve team bottled up their rival. However, when the Basque team was in better control, Fuentes took advantage of a defensive error and scored 0-1 with a bicycle kick. Athletic reacted immediately: Canales took a lateral free kick and Ibai, who had just come on, headed into the net – A. Mena
