This is how the winter transfer markets work in the major European leagues

Less than forty-eight hours remain until the end of 2024 and thus start the first transfer window of 2025 and the second of this season. A market where there is a chance of dates in most of the major European leagues. Specifically the big five: Spain, England, Italy, France and Germany

In fact, four out of five will begin the winter transfer market as soon as the twelve bells ring to welcome the new year. This is about England, France, Germany and Italy.

The same is not the case with the national competition in LaLiga where it does not officially start until next Thursday, January 2.
