The Aston Martin team has already announced Andy Cowell became the team’s new CEOwhile Mike Krack became the ringmaster. This change of management level is happening with the aim of continuously improving and choosing to be a winning team, as explained in an official statement.
Andy said: “With the completion of the AMR Technology Campus and our transition in 2026 to a full workforce, with our strategic partners Honda and Aramco, we are on our way to becoming a Championship winning team. These organizational changes are a natural evolution of the multi-year plans we have programmed. and I’m incredibly excited about the future.”
To deliver the best racing car performance, The team’s Aerodynamics, Engineering and Performance Departments have evolved into separate teamstrack-oriented and based at the AMR Technological Campus.
Furthermore, this Campus will be headed by new Technical Director of the group, Enrico Cardilewith a team that can now focus 100% on the competitive ingenuity challenge of creating a new race car. Enrico will oversee the architecture, design and construction of the new racing cars.
In its part, Tom McCullough will remain with the Group in a leadership rolewhere he will play a major role in expanding the widest range of team competition categories. Tom has contributed to on-track performance during his 11 years with the team and has been one of the key figures in the British team’s recent results.
