Over the past few hours, there have been mixed reactions from professional clubs to the immediate precautionary measure adopted by the CSD allowing the temporary registration of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor as FC Barcelona players. First was Athletic Club in Arabia and later Las Palmas, Valladolid and Atlético de Madrid followed. A re-registration carried out by the employers association itself yesterday afternoon. A measure adopted independently of the actions being prepared by LaLiga in response to a proposal with which they had already expressed their total disagreement last Wednesday. In fact, in the same statement they have already announced that they will “carefully study the content of the resolution in order to present the appropriate resources.”
That’s a resource LaLiga will face administrative proceedings to try to stop this precautionary measure from taking effect. A proposal independent of the allegations presented by LaLiga in last Tuesday’s appeal by FC Barcelona was sent to it yesterday by the CSD. The RFEF also received it and where they have ten working days that can be extended by five days if requested by both the employers’ association and the federation itself.
And then the specific resolution of the appeal of the Barça team remains pending and which, as we reported yesterday in MD, the CSD has a period of up to three months to resolve. If the registration of the two football players of the Barça team is maintained, the employers can appeal again through the same route of administrative proceedings.
