The Portuguese Juri Leitao del Caja Rural-RGA took Palma Trophu, the final test of the XXXIV Garden Hotel-Luxcom Challenge Cyclist in Mallorca.
In a trial where a specified success in the end line is expected, Leitao is surprised by the teams with sprinters attacking a kilometer for the end line and the trial is awarded after three hours, eight minutes and 40 seconds.
Escape attempts have occurred since the first kilometer, but it has not been up to the kilometer when the most durable escape, along with the Florian Lipowitz of Red Bull-Bora and Colby Lage of Project Echelon as protagonists.
Together they shoot at Kilometer 85, with differences -around three minutes. Lipowitz extends the adventure a little up to 14 kilometers from the goal.
