The Cyclist returns to the Spanish female Stop with Soria For the second consecutive year for the final stage of a test that has not stopped growing in recent years.
The president of diputación, Benito Serranowith the Director of cycling in Spain, Javier Guillén.
The provincial institution contributes 10,000 euros to this event with a good tourist return to Soria province.
The phase of Soriana, the fifth of the return and held on May 8, means the first mountain test for cyclists, with a challenging end to the Neila.
The 120 -Kilometer route will depart from Golmayo and cross locations such as Cidones, Abejar, San Leonardo de Yagüe and cross the province of Burgos to Quintanar de la Sierra, before facing the legend.
Climbing the Neila’s cure will be performed twice (in the first half), with a first step of three kilometers from the top, followed by a descent and a second goal to the goal at 1,857 meters of height.
Javier Guillén adopted the promise of Diputación de Soria and its president with sport, cycling and women’s sport and thanked that in three editions the two went to Soria “because they bet.”
The Vuelta director recalled that they put themselves in the test of Diputación and the tour of Burgos with a stage in 2023 that came out of Golmayo and ended in Laguno de Neila, “for their tourist projection, as it joined Soria and Burgos as a great message to project them together and very much.”
So, he taught that Golmayo “would be the best of seven releases to the logistics level.”
A stage that will help define the career for the last two stages and where there will be a great participation as the best female cyclists once like Demi Vollering or the Spanish Mavi García.
The return of cycling will be bunched on Spain and Eruosport television and, from the point of the organization, the same line as the return of cycling is followed by the unipublic.
“It is the career in Spain of men and women a more participatory budget and gives more money to the prize,” his director said.
The race will feature 1,500 people in an edition with a participation similar to 2024, with about 70 cyclists and, in terms of stages, in front of 2026 there will be a calendar schedule in which stages will be expanded to more than seven stages taking two weekends for them.
