An electric storm delayed the second round of Barbasol

The second day of the Barbasol Championship of the PGA Tour was delayed by three hours by a severe storm and the second round was canceled Friday night at Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

The second round will continue this Saturday after 76 players failed to complete their rounds before nightfall.

At the break, Canadian Adam Svensson held the tournament lead with a 15-under 129. Frenchman Robin Roussel and Americans Mark Hubbard and Brandon Hagy shared second place, three shots behind the Canadian .

For the first time, the Barbasol Championship is part of the American PGA Tour and European DP World Tour, as well as the Scottish Open, which begins on Thursday and features most of the world’s best players before the Open begins. British next week in St Andrews.
