The American Tony Finau achieved this Sunday third PGA Tour title of golf by winning the 3M Tomorrowwhich has been played since Thursday at the TPC Twin Cities field in Blaine, Minnesota (United States).
Finau, 32 years old, number 17 in the world and with ten top-10s in ‘majors’, joins this title with the only two he has in his showcases: the 2016 Puerto Rico Open and the 2021 The Northern Trust.
The player from Salt Lake City (Utah) finished the tournament with a total of 267 shots (17 under par) and four rounds of 67, 68, 65 and 67. He was three ahead of the South Korean Im Sungjae and the Argentine Emiliano Grillo.
The golfer from Resiustencia completed a great tournament in Blaine to sign second place for the second time, just as he did in the John Deere Classic in early July.
Four hits from Tony Finau finished off the Americans Scott Piercywhich began on the last day from the lead, Tom Hoge and James Hahn.
