The Jimbee Cartagena reported that Cartagena’s Pablo Gallego and Frenchman Amin Beslama will join the first-team dynamic for the 2022-23 season. Gallego, left-handed winger, has already finished his youth phase as an outstanding football player in the Division of Honor team, scoring 25 goals and being the top scorer. He will be the first from Cartagena to join the main base team since Jimbee took charge of the project.
The Frenchman, for his part, was already in the dynamics of the first team last season, although he played his matches with the subsidiary. The 19-year-old right-handed winger, who came to the Melon project from the Belgian league, has been to his country under-17, under-19 and definitely international. He played a total of seven matches with the French team.
The preseason starts next Monday, August 8 for the Jimbee Cartagena. It will be in a morning and afternoon session, once the players have passed the relevant health exams on Days 4 and 5.
The players starting the current season are goalkeepers Chemi, Raúl Jerez and Moreno; the Bebe, Jesús Izquierdo and Meira closures; right wingers Javi Mínguez, Juanpi, Lucao and Amin Beslama; left wing Mellado, Motta and Gallego and centers Juanan and Waltinho. The budget is being reduced, but the targets remain ambitious.
