IONIQ 6 First Edition, an attractive and exclusive electric

Hyundai has announced the start of pre-sales of its highly anticipated IONIQ 6 First Edition, the second model in Hyundai’s IONIQ range of electric vehicles, starting at 10:00 AM on November 9, 2022. Available in four colours, this model is limited to 2,500 units and will be available in Hyundai’s key electric vehicle markets: Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Norway and the Netherlands. It is intended that
deliver to customers between March and April 2023.

Built on Hyundai Motor Group’s Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), the IONIQ 6 features a host of advanced technologies and a spacious, customizable interior. In addition, it offers greater autonomy of
up to 614 kilometers on a single charge (WLTP combined), redefines the limits of electric mobility.

This range is supported by an ultra-low drag coefficient of just 0.21, thanks to the low front area, active front air valves and wheel space reducers. The cocoon-shaped interior of the IONIQ 6 serves as both a comfortable shelter and personal space, packed with optimized legroom, practical features and sustainable materials to facilitate an environmentally conscious mobility experience and lifestyle.

The exclusive IONIQ 6 First Edition takes the streamlined appearance of Hyundai’s Electrified Streamliner to the next level with a host of exclusive exterior and interior design elements. Outside, the model’s 20-inch wheels feature a striking matte black finish. Meanwhile, gloss black moldings on the front, rear and sides, as well as gloss black mirror caps, accentuate the clean look of the IONIQ 6 First Edition. Black aluminum ‘H’ decals on the front bumper and tailgate underline the look.

Inside, customers can enjoy a selection of design upholstery exclusive to the IONIQ 6 First Edition, including a black interior with a black headlining. In addition, the exclusive combination leather seats feature Gray Tartan fabric, inspired by Hyundai’s Prophecy EV concept.

The model also features First Edition-specific ECONYL floor mats with tartan gray accents and will be available in a variety of body colors including biophilic pearl blue, pearl serenity white, metallic night gray and matte gold.

The IONIQ 6 First Edition will have four-wheel drive and a sustainable battery of 77.4 kWh. In addition, customers can enjoy a free one-year subscription to the IONITY Premium package, through Hyundai’s pan-European integrated public charging service, Charge myHyundai. Charge myHyundai provides access to over 400,000 charging points across Europe, including AC and DC connectors.
