Škoda Auto presents the Enyaq RS iV, a new version of the SUV with electric battery
The new Enyaq RS iV is the second fully electric model in Škoda’s sporty RS range. Like the Enyaq Coupé RS iV, the SUV has an exciting sporty look and comes with the most powerful suspension in Škoda’s current catalogue. At a glance it is clear that the Enyaq RS iV is one of Škoda’s sporty RS models.
It features special front and rear skirts, a continuous rear skirt reflector and numerous accessories in black, typical of all models in the most exclusive series. Crystal Face and Full LED Matrix headlights are standard.
The two electric motors, one on the front and one on the rear axle, provide a system power of 220 kW. In addition, its torque of 460 Nm is transmitted to all four wheels via all-wheel drive. With a top speed of 180 km/h, it is 20 km/h faster than the other Enyaq iV models.
The maximum autonomy of more than 500 kilometers in the WLTP cycle is possible thanks to the combination of an 82 kWh battery, high energy efficiency and an impressive drag coefficient of Cd 0.265.
Drivers of the new Škoda Enyaq RS iV can enjoy the Škoda iV ecosystem and charge their vehicles at more than 400,000 points across Europe using the Powerpass card. This also includes around 15,000 fast charging points at more than 5,000 locations.
At special charging points, it can also be done without a card, using the new ‘Plug&Charge’ function, which automatically identifies the Enyaq iV.
To make charging at home more efficient, Škoda Auto offers three versions of its Škoda iV chargers, with on-demand installation.
Depending on the main national regulations, electric vehicles receive numerous benefits, such as tax benefits, financial bonuses, the possibility to use eco-lanes and bus lanes, as well as free parking and unlimited access to the center of some European cities.
