It is now possible to order the T-Class, the new compact minivan from Mercedes-Benz
The T-Class combines multifunctionality and plenty of space with a high level of equipment: from the standard MBUX infotainment system and the electric parking brake to the Keyless GO system; mood lighting; the backrest upholstery in Artico/Microcut artificial leather and various trim elements. The new T-Class offers a wide range of outstanding equipment in the segment. Comprehensive safety as standard, with seven airbags and numerous driver assistance systems, make it a modern and reliable companion for families and anyone who enjoys leisure activities.
The new T-Class is instantly recognizable as a member of the Mercedes-Benz family. The design is characterized by balanced proportions and a conception of the sensory surface with reduced lines. The chrome radiator grille and body-coloured exterior mirror caps, door handles and front bumper add an exclusive character as standard. Also noteworthy are the sill guards with Mercedes-Benz lettering and the optional 17-inch light-alloy wheels.
The compact minivan combines limited exterior dimensions with a wide range of space. The five-seat T-Class is 4,498 millimeters long, 1,859 millimeters wide and 1,811 millimeters high. The seven-seat variant has a long wheelbase.
Another advantage of the T-Class that makes everyday life for families and leisure enthusiasts easier and more comfortable is the loading sill of only 561 millimeters, which makes loading heavy objects easier. Wide opening sliding doors on both sides of the vehicle allow easy access to the rear. This allows children to get on and off quickly and safely in narrow streets and parking lots.
At the time of market launch, a diesel engine and a petrol engine will be offered with two power levels each. The four-cylinder engines are characterized by their high power, even at low revs, and their optimized fuel consumption values. In addition to the six-speed manual transmission, a seven-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) is optionally available for both diesel models and the powerful petrol engine.
