Toyota Spain opens the ‘online’ reservation of the new bZ4X, the first model of the new bZ sub-brand to arrive in the country at the end of this year
Toyota Spain has opened the ‘online’ reservation of the new Toyota bZ4X, the first model of the new bZ (beyond Zero) family of Toyota battery electric vehicles.
In this first phase, the new bZ4X will initially be marketed only in Spain in an all-inclusive rental formula with Kinto One, with a choice between two finishes (Advance and Style Plus) and two traction systems (4×2 front-wheel drive and 4×4 all-wheel drive ), both Available for both trim levels. The reservation of the first units to arrive in Spain, with deliveries at the end of the year, is available at https://www.toyota.es/apps/bz4x, with rates from € 599/month (entrance € 3,914 VAT included, duration: 48 months and mileage: 10,000 km/year).

It is a comfortable and spacious SUV, which in its four-wheel drive version offers class-leading performance and off-road capabilities, with independent electric motors for each axle. It is the first model to be developed exclusively by Toyota as a BEV, and also the first to utilize Toyota’s new dedicated battery-electric vehicle platform.
The new front-wheel drive bZ4X is equipped with a 150 kW / 204 hp electric motor with 265 Nm of torque, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds and a top speed of 160 km/h. The four-wheel drive variant has two 80 kW / 169 hp electric motors on each axle, with a torque of 336 Nm, which reach the same top speed and accelerate slightly from 0 to 100 km/h: 6.9 seconds.
The high-density lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 71.4 kWh, which allows the autonomy of the new bZ4X in the WLTP cycle to exceed 500 km -front-wheel drive version with Advance equipment-. The four-wheel drive variant offers a range of up to 462 km.
