-You cannot use a mobile phone or other communication device on a scooter while driving. If you do, the fine is 200 euros. The same amount must be paid by those who wear headphones; if you drive at night without lights or reflective clothing and if you do not wear a helmet, if the municipal ordinance makes this measure mandatory.
