The nose of the police dog “Domina” worked correctly: she sniffed a stash of drugs and thus was able to locate the suspected perpetrators associated with it. Three drug dealers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia were convicted during the search in Leopoldstadt.
In collaboration with the Cobra task force and the Vienna Police Service Dog Unit, the men between the ages of 44 and 53 were arrested.
Value of more than 240,000 euros
The prepared car contained more than 2.1 kilograms of methamphetamine, with a street value of almost a quarter of a million, according to the police. A cavity between a rear seat and a partition wall that was added later served as a shelter for the drugs. The vehicle was seized along with the drugs.
