Unknown perpetrators gained access to a ground floor apartment in St. Stefan near Feldkirchen in Carinthia last weekend. And they were looking for a very special prey.
“The perpetrators smashed the door of the apartment with a screwdriver or something similar,” the police said. “They stole some groceries there first.” Then it was the turn of the unlocked garage. That’s where the burglars apparently found their top prize: 15 kilos of frozen meat!
Not interested in jewelry
The perpetrators simply left other valuables behind, such as laptops, cash and jewelry – only a bunch of keys with keys to the house, apartment and letterbox in a glass case appealed to them.
