A motorcyclist crashed into a Pinzgauer in Pfandl near Bad Ischl.
A 78-year-old from the Gmunden district was driving his truck and trailer around 4.20 p.m. on Friday in the vicinity of Pfandl, Bad Ischl municipality, on Ignaz-Heim Strae in the direction of L546, Wolfganger Strae. At the intersection he wanted to turn left with his truck in the direction of Bad Ischl.
Hospitalized
When turning, there was a collision with the 46-year-old motorcyclist from the Gmunden district, who was driving on the L546 towards St. Wolfgang. The motorcyclist fell as a result of the impact and was injured on the road.
After emergency medical treatment, the 46-year-old was taken to the Salzkammergut Klinikum Bad Ischl with injuries of unknown degree.
