Argentina’s justice system has ruled that the attacker of the country’s vice president, Fernando Sabag Montiel, and his partner, Brenda Uliarte, allegedly acted “with prior planning and agreement”taking advantage of the “defenceless state” of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
Apparently, Uliarte, who was arrested Monday, was near the site of the attack and… he knew his partner had the gun with which he later tried to assassinate the former president.
After the charges of justice, both could be: charged with attempted murderaggravated by the presence of two or more persons, by the victim’s defenseless state, by premeditation and by the use of a weapon whose numbers have been filed off.
