The Russian Defense Ministry published on its website this Friday the list of workers and specialists who will not be sent to Ukraine to “guarantee the activity of certain high-tech industries and the Russian financial system”.
These are the employees of “organizations engaged in the development, application and maintenance of information technology”. Also the “telecommunications and data processing operators”.
The note states that “information and communication” staff will also not be mobilized, including those “responsible for editorial work and media publication, in addition to the distribution of these products”. Nor will those who work in “organizations guaranteeing the stability of national payments, financial market infrastructure, bank liquidity management and cash circulation” will be included in the ranks.
