A friend of the victim called the police on Sunday because she was concerned and filed a missing persons report. The investigation led to the apartment building in Ternberg. Officials saw a blood-covered person lying on the ground through a window and called the Cobra task force. The apartment was stormed, the 34-year-old Austrian was arrested without resistance.
