Outside the door – in rainy and cold September: with a drone, police officers in Auberg (Upper Austria) found the dropped twin brothers (54), who had been advertised since 2015 for opposing state authority over residence permits.
Since the beginning of September, there have been regular reports that two 54-year-old men from the Rohrbach district have been spotted in the Harafl/Bachschmiede district of Auberg. These were already known to the police because of an earlier official act under Article 269 of the Criminal Code (resistance to state authority). Since then, the two have been advertised by the Linz Regional Court for the determination of domicile.
Tent could be placed
After numerous failed searches, a drone operation was planned to locate the suspected camp in the nearby wooded area. This mission has been accomplished. The tent could be placed. Apparently it was currently occupied, but the two people were nowhere to be found at the time.
On Monday around 2 p.m., they were finally received by police officers from the Neufelden Police Inspectorate. The genuine determination of whereabouts was then arguably brought to the attention of the public. Notifications according to the registration law and the forest law are submitted to the responsible district authority in Rohrbach.
