“It was just stupid” – a beautiful Tyrolean (21) was remorseful for serious fraud at the Innsbruck Regional Court. She had received a total of about 13,600 euros from the AMS – but at the same time her own income as a self-employed person, and there was also a hefty allowance from a German TV show.
Officially, the Tyrolean was unemployed after losing a job due to the pandemic. But then, in addition to the AMS money, she also earned an income as a self-employed person in the cosmetics industry. “But that was manageable, some customers paid with a gift,” said the suspect.
Above the insignificance limit
The many agenda items for appointments would be deceptive, many did not come anyway. However, the Tyrolean had to admit that the cosmetic income should have been above the permitted marginal income limit.
Participation in dome show
“Very spontaneous”, as the 21-year-old said, there was also an involvement in a dome show on German private TV. Here too, a few thousand euros flowed, which she also kept “secret”. 13,600 euros came from the AMS at that time.
The well-known and impeccable young woman got off with a partially suspended fine of 1440 euros. Her lawyer is the first to transfer 5,000 euros to the AMS.
